How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 7–12 business days to major cities, and 7–14 business days to outlying areas. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is the hair real human hair or synthetic?
We stock both. Each product page clearly states the material at a glance — look for "100% Human Hair" or "Premium Synthetic Fiber" in the product title and description before you buy.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn wigs with the lace uncut and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on wigs that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, or altered. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, contact us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out.

How do I care for my wig?
Store your wig on a stand when not in use, detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends, and use sulphate-free products designed for wigs. Avoid high heat on synthetic wigs unless the listing says it's heat-resistant.
