7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The wig has not been worn.
- The lace has not been cut.
- The item has not been washed, dyed, altered, or styled.
- The item remains in its original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, worn wigs and wigs with cut lace cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed after returned items have been inspected and approved.
