Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup, skincare, brushes, sponges and beauty tools can't be returned unless they're faulty. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos and we'll put it right. Read the full returns policy.
